Thank you; but I do know how to find the advanced search page! I tried that before even my first post to this thread. I don't make comments without checking the facts -so far as is possible- first. I wondered if the problem might be that I didn't have a google account, so I created one. No difference. I still get the same page, with no link to any pdf.

Masato's links all work, so far as I can see. I am quite baffled about the Farquhar Graham. So far as I can tell, it doesn't appear either as a 'full view' or 'limited preview' option. What else is there, and where?
