Actually I find the mix of Glucosamine (which is also available in a chloride version too - allegedly more soluble) with (the shark's fin) Chondrotin is better - they also can mix in vit E and fish oil in various mixes too.

Also something called MSM - which I have only ever seen in powder form. Never tried that one - but I do like to keep up the level of the others - it seems to relieve but not remove entirely most of the effects most of the time - except when a sudden cold snap occurs.



Spell check aside - replace Chondrotin with Handwriting
