I'm having problems too. Many of the links take me to a Google book page, with further links but with no sign of a download or pdf option. I've found one so far that does have a pdf button, which opens with Acrobat reader.

I'm using plain vanilla-flavour IE without any special settings or blocks that I know of.

I'm not particularly anxious or curious about this, I just thought I'd make it clear that Malcolm has not suddenly lost his wits or his reading glasses.
