kat - I was able to download it. For me the process was:
In the Free Download Access section, click the 1st link under marked Wait in line & download. This gave a popup telling me that the download was ready and to click the link marked Download Ready (which replaced the Wait in line.. link). I right-clicked this to Save As and it was fine (it's about 22Mb).
(I was having exactly the same problems as Malcolm when I tried the file and I think Jim Dixon has found the solution. Thanks to BillD for putting the file up!).
