The chaining up, for instance, is good for the back -- you'd pay a chiropractor BIG BUCK$ for this! The toenail thing was just to cure a couple nasty old hangnails, and 0087613-XD is getting an up-close-and-personal experience with some animals and reptiles others will rarely see, much less get to touch.
