I just discovered recently that CD Baby does not include the jewel cases when shipping overseas. I don't know if this is also the case with their domestic & Canadian orders.
Also, a friend purchased a DVD at a "What do I have to lose?" price and had a little chuckle to himself when the DVD & Artwork arrived with no DVD case included.
Your thoughts and experiences, please?
