Bardan, I don't think this reaction against breast feeding is coming from the United States. My guess is that Bob is from the UK.   Breast feeding in public is not illegal in any state, as far as I know. Please correct me if I am wrong. People have come to accept it around here. A quick search shows that this has been a recent story in the UK and I think they may actually be behind the curve on this one.
