Somebody I know wants her to join "Ringo"--evidently a photo exchange site. Her reaction--why doesn't my friend just send me the pictures directly? Of course she also thinks Mudcat is just a big teenage-style chat-line. Hard to persuade her otherwise.

I opened a myspace so I could message more with my sister who doesn't email...she opened one first. It was fun for awhile but then sorta dwindled.Then my daughter insisted we put one up for our music and I've actually met quite a few cool musicians through it. But I don't spend a lot of time leaving inane little messages, and I don't have a jillion "friends". I figure if Ulanoff is right, a decade is enough of that!
