I found at least some links to FAQ at Nero Support, but they don't want to let me get in unless I download an Adobe SVG&@#!.@#$ something or other. Note that I didn't try very hard. I would assume that it's some sort of XML plugin that might actually be helpful for some support functions.

They show some "Support Tools" for Nero 6 and Nero 7, but apparently support has faded for older versions(?). I didn't go in far enough to looke at what the "tools" can do for you.

Be careful at Nero sites, as they commonly invite you down download "updates" that turn out to be new "upgrade" versions you have to pay for to turn them on.

All of the scut that I find on the web about this dll seems to be several years old, and nothing useful.
