I don't drink drive at ALL, when I walk in the pub they pour me a pint because they know what I drink. If I am with car, & just going in to speak to someone I hold my keys up, this tells the staff not to pour one as I have the car in the car park.
However the point is:- the system cannot catch most of the pratts that do drink & drive on a regular basis! So now it is going for randon checks & nicking anyone who has had a 1/2 pint , that will put their figures up without attacking the problem children.
Steal a car, after you have lost your license (if you had one that is) & drive it around like moron whilst drunk & you will probaly get an on the spot £80.00 fine. Drink 1 pint & you are nicked & banned!
If you can't see what they are doing & why then I implore you to step back , take a look & THINK!
