Like Jim Lad, I find Windows Media Player more intuitive than Nero, because the interface looks like an old Amiga program that I used to use....
I sometimes mistake the button labelling in Nero, and have to start over again, but that's because I use it so seldom.

Both my Nero versions are OEM, and have loaded perfectly to Windows.
They work perfectly too, provided I am careful.
