Sorry I cannot understand why you should object to taking arnica, a homoeopathic remedy, internally.
Homoeopathy has been inexistence for about 200 years, so it is well proven although the theory seems to defy logic.
One cannot deny that a small amount of a disease substance can cause the immune system to work to eradicate disease the next time a body is invaded. This is how innocculation works.
Last December I had a major operation including an arterial; graft. I took a combination of arnica and hypericum before and after the operation. I needed no prescribed painkillers whatsoever.
Surely it is better to take natural medicines than some chemical concoction? Look at the published formularies to see the side-effects of prescription drugs!
