Only because I didn't know about them/wasn't able to get there/can't afford them.

I have never let a lack of space prevent me from getting a book I thought was worth reading. (as several people on Mudcat can attest)


"outdated technical manuals" !!! THOSE are priceless! Almost as hard to locate as software manuals for antique* computers!




*I mean over 3 years old, but today's standard is more like 6 months...
