Oh, and here's a tip I learned from my classical guitar teacher---before performing, eat bananas. The natural vitamins & minerals found in bananas are know to produce endorphins, which make you feel HAPPY HAPPY, thus reducing nervousness. NOTE--dried banana chips DON'T work!
