Pocatello, Idaho, USA, has been awarded a "City of Achievement Award" by the Association of Idaho Cities for the Marshall Public Library's innovative "Book Wagon" program. This is the third year in a row that the Marshall Public Library has been so honored by the Association of Idaho Cities.
