Wild blueberry jam:

Pick the blueberries, making sure you have about fifteen to twenty percent under-ripe (natural pectin). Wash, put in pot, don't add water. Add sugar to taste. Simmer until berries begin to burst. Put up as you like in jam jars, or just leave in covered bowl in fridge and let the family have at it on bread, biscuits, etc.
