I have my websites and domains with 1and1, and find them very easy and cheap.
I have seen some people complaining about them on various groups, but I and the three other colleagues who use 1and1 are all perfectly happy with them. Perhaps it's worth mentioning that we are all with 1and1.co.uk, and the complaints are about 1and1.com.
Perhaps there is a difference.
