In my area in the US smoking is now banned to almost all indoor space...including bars, pubs & restaurants. People are adapting and business is actually increasing in many places....and fewer people are STARTING to smoke because they have fewer role models. It is a blessing.

...and now *I* can come to the UK and go to pubs and enjoy your good beer safely...*smile*
