I'm offended by that beardist post! Well, not really.

Just when you almost figure out one new bit of technology, something new and even more confusing comes along.

I posted a message from my car, at my campsite at Old Songs Festival. I told someone I was going to go try to connect, and they said something like, "Don't bother - there's no WiFi here." I tried to explain I had a wireless modem that worked sort of like a mobile phone, and if you could use said phone, you could get to the internet. I can go practically anywhere in the U.S., although not everywhere has broadband.
