was a threat to endanger the streaming of music.

streaming shows. This is a protest against the upcoming fees

The intent of the upcoming regulations was to re-imburse
artists for their music, but this will only happen for
artists who have agents, record labels and commercial
networks to distribute such fees. Independent musicians
will be penalized by making it harder to get their music
heard as some of the smaller, independent, grass roots
non-corporate community radio stations find it difficult
to afford to broadcast online any more.
