I went to public school-but met the Head Honcho Nun during religous instructions. Sister Bonaventure had that long, thick leather strap hanging from only she knows where. The black rosary beads hung along side. She scared the crap out of me-the only proper decriptive word was "Witchy" - I got hit once with that strap-can't recall why. The atmosphere was not condusive for learning.

I just learned a while ago that the most arrogant & abrasive priest anyone ever met - ran off & married   a nun. In my dreams I picture he & Bonaventure together--a match made in Hell. Tee Hee! (In reality I think she was too old-unless the Oedipus Complex was at work.

MY cousin is an Irish Christian Brother-the only person that pulls rank on him (I hear) is a nun. She takes no guff.
