Kendall has been very supportive and extremely generous with positive criticism and accompanying me on the guitar even though he can't sing himself now. I also attended a couple of workshops at folk festivals on better use of the voice, which were very useful. I was lucky enough to get together with Lisa Null recently and she gave me some very good advice.

PFR - if you can afford it see if you can find a voice coach who is also a folkie and just have a couple of sessions to see what might help. I know that the help I have had has improved my voice a lot.
