Back from holidays today!

Thanks to the wonderful and gallant MichaelR, I now have a small quantity of Woody's to use in trying to replicate it. This is not really my field of expertise, but I am going to try my darnedest.

Sorcha, if you are a good product replicator, it would be ever so kind of you to get together with Guest,Janet; procure a sample; and try to recreate it. You would apparently be doing a service for many of us, not just me! I'll happily help defray your expenses; PM me.

I tried the Stubb's while on vacation. It is indeed along the same lines, but not nearly as intense as Woody's. Perhaps if it were reduced to eliminate the extraneous liquid and if some Liquid Smoke were added to bring up the mesquite (or more likely hickory) factor, it would do for that July 4 emergency.
