Folks, It's called USERY---a term that was abolished officially a while ago by one administration or another. USERY was illegal to practice in the USA.

Usery is the charging of interest on a loan It was considered a sin to charge interest on a loan The Roman Catholic Church still considers it a sin Part of the Jewish religion the orthodox Jews consider it so when loaning to each other but not to the gentiles.
