1 cup of butter / 1/2 cup of sugar / 1 egg yolk / 2 and 1/4 cups approx. of flour.Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the egg yolk. Add flour a little at a time kneading the last of it in with the
flourshands until dough begins to crack at the edges. Divide dough into two balls. Pat each ball into a round about 6 to 8 inches in diameter. Place in pan. Dot holes in it all over with a fork and cut with knife where you want the pieces to be. Cook at 350 F for about 20 minutes until golden brown at edges. Enjoy.
