Speaking of edibles...to celebrate the Glorious Fourth we'll have grilled salmon, potato salad, a green salad, and roasted corn on the cob for dinner. A true North American Dinner, since the fish came from Alaska and the salad greens from Idaho. Probably have strawberries over angel food cake for dessert.

(I could make corn, roasted camas root, squash, and grilled buffalo tenderloins, but I'm fresh out of camas root.)
