Anahata has a set which he occasionally plays. They are very quiet compared with the Swain pipes he also plays. Think Northumbrian pipes - that is the sort of noise level, but they are not so sweet.( That is my opinion, for what it's worth.)
They are good to play along with - we have a couple of duets on English concertina & Leicestershire small pipes.
We live in a detached house - that was because he had the pipes before we went house-hunting :)
