I'm glad to see some early memories catch fire here! So often, people seem sure that they are not possible.

I have a question though. My second clear memory is of when I was no more than 11 months old (That's the age I was when we moved out of that house).

I am standing in the doorway of a small narrow bedroom- to my right at the end of the room is a window- and a bed.

In front of me is a pile of bedcovers. The top one is green. How did I know that?
