A friend saw the following at the LSE in the 60s (repeat, 60s ),

   God is dead - Nietzsche

   Nietzsche is dead - God



My friend said there was a third line, but he never remembered it.





And an old one which I think is perfect, written with finger in the dirt on a dusty white van or lorry,



    Also available in white.




Whoever first came up with that should have had a medal.
