Thanks. I'm fascinated with the ways different families deal with that kind of divorce fallout. Personally, I come from a totally dysfunctional family in which an "ex-uncle" dropped to pariah status after he divorced my aunt. As far as I know, no family members other than his own kids ever spoke to him after the divorce. However, in conversation, my sisters still referred to him as "Uncle Sonny", even though he was persona non grata.
