I just picked up a couple of small bottles for my daughter (age 18) to use. She works at a mall. Where she works they wash their hands all of the time (it's a food place--makes sense!) but out around the mall itself you can't always wash when you need to. She doesn't have a spleen now (long story) so is learning to live with low doses of penicillin daily and to wash her hands more often. This is another tool in her arsenal. I don't like the anti-bacterial soaps because they tend to create resistant strains, but I think this functions differently, it's simply a gel with alcohol that kills germs on contact.
