not so many years ago I worked in agriculture and ran a horse breaking business, soap and water was the best thing then and it still is. Unlike others who used sanitisers I never suffered from health problems or from skin problems. Yet I see people all the time who ask me why dont I have skin problems....my advice is always this....stop using anti bacterial agents. It works every time.
