I've looked around on their tutorials, but I see nothing there that addresses this problem. I was selling stuff on Ebay a couple of years ago, and had no trouble attaching pictures then, but the system seems to be different now. It used to use an accessory FTP program to upload pictures. Now it just has this simple little menu...which isn't working for some reason.
