her in Oz we have a great product for cracked feet & a google search on 'cracked feet' gives lotsa' references to products & hints.

I'm sure you could find a similar product locally & lots more good advice.

my hint - daily soaking feet while showering, rubbing feet with Heros chiropody sponge (made in Holland) & covering feet with moisturiser. I find the Heros block better than pumice.
