Sandra, that Aussie Heel Balm has made its way to the UK and I am a great fan- it actually works as it shows on the packet! After daily use for a few days hard and cracked patches are smooth, pink and comfortable once more.

I would definitely recommend this product, Cluin, if you can get hold of it.
