Probably not, it has a sort of after taste. OK, next effort:

Bake potatoes, or par boil in as little liquid as possible then grill til WELL done. Mash well, NO chunks. Add some light cream, table cream or half and half....put thru a blender, adding more liquid as needed for the blender. An Option here would be to boil in chicken broth, and add onions nicely browned in real butter to the blender.

Add a GOOD quality Cheddar, shredded or grated, probably about 2 cups for 4 potatoes, AND some finely cubed Velveeta cheese. Re warm just enough to melt cheese.
