A search for Aussie Heel Balm here in the US brings up a forum that says Boots (a UK establishment) has both that cream and something called CCS Foot Care Cream. I doubt either is sold here (though some Boots products have made it into Target and CVS Pharmacy).

I thought I'd conquered that problem this year, but with wearing sandals a lot in summer, it comes back. I've been using a pumice stone in the bath, but I'll have to start the cream and put on socks in the evening. [sigh]
