But on the other hand, even with 15 jars, gotta run out someday, so even were I to get lucky, I'd keep working on the recipe as a "teach a man to fish" exercise.

About the high fructose corn syrup: True, it is listed in the ingredients now, but it wasn't until a few years ago, so I opted not to use the HFCS as it's not so great for our health.
