Mary's parody is hilarious, and hearing it read by Gordon himself, in that wonderful sonorous voice, was truly amazing. And he DID crack up! He was standing right behind me while reading it, and at one point said to me between giggles, "I hope I'm not drooling on you..." The very notion of Gordon Bok drooling boggles the mind.

Of course, like any parody, a familiarity with the original makes all the difference. What a riot -- "Kendall, Kendall, Kendall...."
