I think Raven Moon still has open mike, and if I'm not mistaken, a house band. I rented a cabin in Weaverville last year. Jack of the Wood in Asheville has something pretty much every night of the week -Irish sessions, bluegrass jams, open mike. They have a nice website but my blue clickys never work. :~( If you're a Tom Waits fan, late Sunday night is Tom Waits time, do your best (or worst) covers.
