I've checked on-line and haven't found any current patents and/or trademark restrictions concerning "Woody's Cook-in Sauce" "Barbeque Concentrate".
The recipe probably is lost to the company at this point in time however, the name,along with the original recipe would be enough for the generations of us who KNOW the real thing.
I now have 39 jars and my family is SCRAMBLIN' !!!
