To be fair, agribusiness is what Lincolnshire is about. has been since I was a kid at least. Big farmers, big farms, spraying agent orange over everything, big lorries full of food, canning factories, piles of sugar beet, potato fields, pea viners, casual seasonal workers from all over everywhere .....no use bitching about being stuck behind a tractor in Linconshire, if you pass it - you only get stuck behind the next one.

I suppose it might have been different, at some point. I guess you'll just have to locate that imagined village; I know for a fact its not Bardney.
