I have all the YT recordings on a CD issued 10 years ago by Castle Communications in the UK, licensed from Transatlantic, though it's out of print now. I don't recall any Bellamy estate objections to that.

I just asked Steve Ashley whose band Ragged Robin was involved in the recording of The Time Has Come. He doesn't know of any legal objections to the re-release and remarked that there were none the first time round.
