I agree about the blog... although it's a good way to vent and get support and sympathy, it's not going to do any favours if the manager finds it - as Sharon says, it could result in disciplinary procedures against Mrs Stallion.

I can't find the links to the other bullying threads - it was some time in 2002, probably after September, definately after March 2002... maybe even 2003.
