That's over $25 per jar ... my 48 jars are worth a small fortune!

I cooked up a batch of "faux Woody's" yesterday. The color was good, but it turned out too sweet. I think I need something that causes more of a "pucker" - probably either cidar vinegar instead of regular or some pickling spices or both.

I also used some hot sauce (Whole Foods Organic Hot Sauce) & that really helped.

But it's still not Woody's.
