Guestjj, Have you bought a season ticket or are you looking for sings and sessions?
Study the programme before you go, there's no time once you are there! Work out the things you MUST NOT MISS, (and hope they're not all at 11.30!), allow yourself plenty of time to get there and get a seat - it can take 20mins from one venue to another, if late you may not get in. Then fill in the gaps with things you'd like to go to, fish & chip workshops etc.
And have a go at something new, I arrived in plenty of time for a session last year, and found myself with a set of pipes under my arm (I got dragged into a Morris set, the same way once). All part of the fun.
There are some good concerts too, and dances.
