I was in Sydney and basically dropped out of the whole scene at the end of 1967 when I got married. I don't remember Uptight either but I can see why. Looking it up, it appears it was in Melbourne in 1968 and 69 - wrong city and wrong time, so maybe Procession were just too late for me to remember them too.

The Normie Rowe incident happened in 1966. That was my biggest year of involvement. I think it's also quite possible that apart from the big national and international names, we in Sydney were only aware of our local scene. There was a big divide between Sydney and Melbourne.
