Manitas and Limpit have ganged up on me whilst I was away at the weekend and moved her into the spare bedroom where the computer used to be. As a consequence, I can no longer gaze out of the window over the garden and watch the acrobatic antics of my tits as they hang off the nutpecker. All I have now is a view of the road in front, an unoccupied sycamore tree and the tops of cars.

I am bereft.
