This thread should be renamed the Mary Celeste. It's become very clear that it cannot survive without me, having fallen, or nearly fallen off the page on numerous occasions recently. So, I have selflessly abandoned my own immensely successful thread to save it, much to the dismay of its growing band of followers. I hope you all appreciate this sacrifice but I doubt you will.
