Well Genie, for me what connects the two Anka songs (Having My Baby and My Way) is that I really dislike songs that reflect the singer's/writer's apparently immense ego--and on Me-song score, My Way ranks even higher than HMB, it is the standard by which all are judged. Both of them are way up there. And neither are pop masterpieces in any other way that would ameliorate their obnoxiousness.

In other news, anyone who thinks that Moondance is terrible because Van Morrison is a bad singer doesn't know his left ventricle from his right testicle.
